Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Hub in Singapore seeks a Finance professional to support month-end activities, journals, accruals, intercompany billings and data consolidation. You will assist in direct billing, data validation, system outputs for stakeholder review, and UAT for enhancements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of relevant IT finance experience, with strong numbers, communication and teamwork skills. Hybrid or on-site in Singapore is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT finance or project accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for numbers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Hyperion Essbase highly valued; Tableau/Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end activities, including journal entries, accruals and intercompany billings.
• Reconcile WIP schedules and supporting records across finance systems.
• Consolidate data from multiple Finance systems for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform direct billing BAU activities, validate price/quantity data and run triggers.
• Assist in gathering requirements for direct billing system enhancements and support UAT.
• Conduct post-deployment verification and prepare artefacts for projects and ops.
