Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Prepare and process payments for vendors and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger.
• Manage fixed assets including depreciation, asset additions, write-offs, tagging and annual counts.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and verify costing of vendor invoices with the billing team.
• Assist in internal and external audits with needed documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain and update financial data in accounting software and generate reports.
• Communicate with vendors, clients and stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
