The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. at Changi Airfreight Centre is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable professional to manage AP/AR transactions and verify supplier invoices. You will process payments to vendors and assist with financial reporting and month-end close.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting/Finance and solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus). This position is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Prepare and process payments for vendors and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in maintaining the general ledger.
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts.
• Include Verifying Costing of vendor invoices and coordinating with the billing team in case of discrepancies
