Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Executive (Partial Set) in Singapore to handle end-to-end accounting processes.

Location is Changi Airfreight Centre with a 5.5-day work week, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat mornings after probation. Salary ranges from $3,000 to $3,200 monthly. Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, fixed assets management, audits support, budgeting, data management and cross-functional coordination with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Prepare and process payments for vendors and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in maintaining the general ledger.
• Fixed assets management including depreciation, asset additions, write-offs and asset counts.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and information.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting and monitoring budgets.
• Maintain and update financial data in accounting software and generate reports.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
