Job summary

Responsibilities include managing AR/AP cycles, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting; you will liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support cost-control and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of full set accounting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Manage the full AR cycle: invoicing, collections, and follow-ups.
• Handle AP functions: processing of supplier invoices and payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and financial docs.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations for accuracy.
• Maintain organized accounting records with proper filing.
• Record and update transactions in ERP/accounting system.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor expenditures and support cost-control initiatives.
• Provide admin support and ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.
