The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional at our Changi location to manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with monthly closings, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, reconciling bank and ledgers, assisting audits, and maintaining data accuracy in accounting software. Diploma in Accounting or related field is required, with Excel proficiency as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and manage AP/AR transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparation of financial statements and ensure timely closing.
• Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation for audits and ensure compliance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets.
• Data Management: Maintain financial data in accounting software and generate reports.
• Communication and Coordination: Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
