Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and calibration on equipment across various sites following detailed checklists.
• Clean equipment components to maintain optimal function.
• Obtain customer signoff on electronic service reports and update ticketing systems.
• Travel to different sites to deliver maintenance services and support operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members during service visits.
• Diagnose equipment issues and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support team objectives.

Job Summary

You will perform maintenance and calibration on equipment across various sites, ensuring operational standards through hands‑on technical support and customer service. This role offers valuable field experience and exposure to industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and calibration on Cold Storage Equipment, Ovens and Furnaces, and Water Purification Systems following detailed checklists
• Clean equipment components such as compressor system condensers to maintain optimal function
• Obtain customer signoff on electronic service reports and update ticketing systems to close jobs accuratelyTravel to different sites to deliver maintenance services and support operational needs
• Apply interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members during service visits
• Use analytical skills to diagnose equipment issues and ensure proper calibration and maintenance
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support team objectives
