Job summary

STYL Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Technician/Engineer to join the Operations team. You will install and set up products onsite both locally and overseas, coordinate deliveries, and perform firmware flashing and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance.

Candidates should have a Diploma/NITEC in Electrical & Electronics or Computer Engineering, plus experience with POS terminals and IoT devices. English fluency is essential; willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

English fluency in written and verbal communication.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical equipment.

Responsibilities

Install and set up products onsite locally and overseas.
Coordinate delivery and installation with customers.
Prepare products (e.g., firmware flashing) and tools before delivery/installation.
Service, refurbish and maintain products; inspect warranty validity and arrange replacements.
Maintain accurate service records for onsite visits and repairs.
Provide real-time updates to track tickets and resolutions in JIRA.
Manage and upkeep the company service vehicle for safe operation.
