Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
No experience required; training provided.
Practical troubleshooting and independent issue resolution.
Willingness to travel overseas regularly.
Experience with electronics, firmware tools, and test equipment.
CANbus, embedded systems, and IoT hardware knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deploy, test, and support hardware systems regionally.
On-site installation and data collection using diagnostic tools.
Flash firmware, validate releases, and troubleshoot issues.
Diagnose, repair, and restore faulty or returned units.
Quality control before shipment.
Manage hardware logistics including packing, labeling, and tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams to share field insights and improve product reliability.
