Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Singapore to install, commission, repair, and maintain products at customer sites. You will provide on-site technical support and ensure service quality while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires a diploma or higher in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or Mechanical engineering, strong IT skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team with a strong commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Relevant working experience in electrical or mechanical repair is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and judgement skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and execute plans effectively.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, repair, and maintain products and components at customer sites.
• Provide efficient service and technical support to ensure high-quality work.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and records.
• Assist sales teams in obtaining service orders.
• Deliver product training to clients.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
