Job summary

NETPLUZ ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks an on-site IT support specialist in Singapore to handle ticket escalation from the NOC and deploy in-house IT solutions.

You will provide desktop support, document resolutions, and collaborate with Engineering to implement technical deployments. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding support, asset tracking, and ensuring operational standards while maintaining security and network reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one of the following IT security certifications: CCNA, Network+, Security+, or equivalent.
• Experience providing desktop/IT support and on-site troubleshooting.
• Ability to document incidents and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-site troubleshooting requests from the NOC to minimise service disruption.
• Document incidents and resolutions clearly for accurate records.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to coordinate technical solutions and deployments.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and PC setup for staff.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures to uphold standards.
• Manage and update hardware inventory for Managed Hardware services.
