Job summary

Netpluz Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an on-site IT support professional in Singapore to handle escalation from the NOC team and perform on-site deployments, including in-house IT support. The role requires responding to on-site troubleshooting requests, documenting resolutions, and coordinating with engineering, vendors, and staff for smooth IT operations.

Ideal candidates have at least one IT security certification (CCNA, Network+, Security+, or equivalent) and experience with Windows 10/11, plus

Qualifications

• Must have at least one IT security certification: CCNA, Network+, Security+, or equivalent.
• Experience in desktop support for Windows (Windows 10/11).
• Troubleshoot level 1 system, network, and hardware/software issues.
• Administer routers, firewalls, switches, and Wireless Access Points.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to on-site troubleshooting requests escalated by NOC.
• Document incident and problem resolutions to maintain records.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to coordinate technical solutions and deployments.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding PC setup for staff.
• Maintain inventory of equipment for Managed Hardware services.
• Perform standby duties to provide timely technical support.
• Coordinate with vendors or carriers’ support centers until resolution.
