Job summary

ACE ZETA PTE. LTD. is seeking a technician to perform installation, replacement, configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day maintenance of server and network hardware on client sites in Singapore.

You will diagnose complex issues, implement preventive maintenance plans, and provide on-site emergency support to meet SLA requirements, while documenting tickets and SOPs in both internal and customer systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Strong sense of responsibility and timely reporting.
• Rapid learning and adaptability to new technologies.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Chinese and English for customer and team communication.
• Basic server, networking, and IT hardware knowledge; hands-on experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain server and network hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues to ensure reliability.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and on-site emergency support.
• Maintain documentation of service tickets, parts, and SOPs.
• Perform installation, relocation, upgrade, and inspection of equipment.
• Manage structured cabling to ensure neat, compliant layouts.
• Organize and maintain project documentation.
