Job summary

GNA Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer / Customer Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and upgrades at customer sites.

You will use diagnostic tools to identify issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas delivery systems, and communicate with customers about service status.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training required.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Field Service Engineers with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades at customer sites.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plas ma, hydraulic, and gas delivery systems.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding service activities and equipment status.
• Carry out additional assigned operational and technical duties.
