Job summary

TECH GRID ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, commission and service semiconductor equipment at customer sites in Singapore. You will train operators, troubleshoot issues and build strong client relationships.

The role requires a diploma in electronics or mechanical engineering, 2+ years in semiconductor equipment servicing, willingness to travel, a valid Class 3 license, and clear technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation and commission of equipment.
• Provide on-site technical training on operation, setup and maintenance of equipment at site.
• Perform troubleshooting on semiconductor equipment.
• Provide after-sales technical field service of equipment.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate sales and service activities.
• Build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate equipment and responses to inquiries.
• Identify and promote potential leads for materials opportunities and sales with the team.
