Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3-5 years in customer/field service support or related technical field.
Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges.
Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum or thermodynamics.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior field service engineers to install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
Use digital analytics for troubleshooting.
Apply basic diagnostic techniques to address issues with guidance from seniors.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems (training provided).
Coordinate and communicate directly with customers.
