ACExcellent Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Specialist responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gas purification or pump systems at customer sites.

You will diagnose issues quickly, carry necessary parts, and deliver excellent service while building strong customer relationships and explaining complex technical issues clearly. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and 3–4 years' relevant experience in the semiconductor sector.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Semiconductor gas purification or pump systems desirable.
Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair gas purification or pump systems at customer sites.
Identify issues quickly and perform repairs efficiently with the necessary parts.
Maintain high first-time fix rate and reduce service calls.
Develop strong relationships showing commitment to quality and reliability.
Explain complex technical issues clearly to customers.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Provide best-practice advice and identify potential issues early.
Maintain detailed service reports.
