Job summary
CPM/Pacific Private Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a technically skilled professional to manage project lifecycles from BOM creation in SAP B1 to commissioning and after-sales support.
You will provide field service assistance for maintenance, installation, operation and start-up, and prepare field reports after each trip. The role requires travel up to 30-50% and experience in customer service, sales support or project management is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 30-50%
- Customer service, sales support or project management experience is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred), Excel, CAD (AutoCAD & Inventor preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycle from BOM creation in SAP B1 to commissioning and after-sales inquiries.
- Provide technical field assistance for maintenance, installation, operation and start-up; prepare customer field reports after trips.
- Assist the service and sales teams with technical and process information for after-market sales.
- Coordinate customer service and purchasing for after-market sales and delivery.
- Regularly visit prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain and analyse records of opportunities, quotes and contacts and act on them.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
