Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Singapore to oversee a team of service technicians and subcontractors. You will optimize manpower, monitor financial performance against plan, and ensure high service standards.

The role requires PNL knowledge, team leadership, and experience with SAP and Salesforce. You will engage customers, drive operational efficiency, and achieve KPIs across productivity, field expenses, and contract margins.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant service experience.
• PNL knowledge is a must.
• Experience in HVAC/manufacturing is an advantage.
• Must have experience in managing a team and coordinating a field service operation.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, monitor and document financial performance against plan.
• Manage team of service technicians and subcontractors.
• Drive KPI attainment: productivity, service revenue, margins, and asset protection.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians to meet workload and expectations.
• Engage with customers and maintain strong relationships.
