Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of service experience.
• Experience in HVAC/manufacturing is advantageous.
• Experience in managing a team is essential.
• PNL knowledge is mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, monitor and document financial performance against plan.
• Lead and manage a team of service technicians and subcontractors.
• Engage with customers and maintain good relationships.
• Ensure adoption of tools like Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceMax in daily operations.
• Optimize manpower and resources to meet workload and quality targets.
