Job summary

CPM/PACIFIC (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an engineer to manage the project lifecycle from BOM creation in SAP B1 to commissioning and after-sales support in Singapore. You will deliver field service, install and start-up CPM equipment, and report on site activities.

The role includes traveling up to 30-50% and collaborating with sales and purchasing teams to drive aftermarket opportunities, while maintaining accurate opportunity records and quotes for customers and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel as needed up to 30-50%.
• Customer service, sales support, or project management experience a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred), Excel, CAD (AutoCAD & Inventor preferred).

Responsibilities

• Managed project lifecycle from BOM creation in SAP B1 to commissioning and handling after sales enquiries.
• Provide technical field assistance in maintenance, installation, operation, and start-up for all CPM equipment; prepare customer field report after each trip.
• Assist customers service and the sales team, providing technical and process information for after-market sales.
• Coordinate customer service and purchasing department for after-market sales and delivery.
• Regular visits to prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and generate sales opportunities.
• Maintain and analyze records of opportunities, quotes and contacts and know how to act on them.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
