Job summary

CPM/Pacific Private Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a technically skilled professional to manage project lifecycles from BOM creation in SAP B1 to commissioning and after-sales support.

You will provide field service assistance for maintenance, installation, operation and start-up, and prepare field reports after each trip. The role requires travel up to 30-50% and experience in customer service, sales support or project management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred), Excel, CAD (AutoCAD & Inventor preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service and purchasing for after-market sales and delivery.
• Regularly visit prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and generate sales opportunities.
• Maintain and analyse records of opportunities, quotes and contacts and act on them.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Provide technical field assistance, in maintenance, installation, operation, and start-up for all CPM equipment; prepare customer field report after each trip.

• Assist customers service and the sales team, providing technical and process information for after-market sales.

• Coordinate customer service and purchasing department for after-market sales and delivery.

• Regular visits the prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and generate sales opportunities.

• Maintain and analyses records of opportunities, quotes and contacts and knowing how to act on them.

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred), or equivalent work experience

• Ability to travel as needed. up to 30-50% possible.

• Customer service, sales support, or project management experience a plus

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One is preferred), Excel, CAD (AutoCAD & Inventor is preferred)
