Field Service cum QA Engineer

Installation & Commissioning: Execute on-site installation, setup, and preventive maintenance of the machinery to ensure optimal operational performance.
Field Service & Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer service calls, effectively diagnosing and resolving mechanical or electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
Remote Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely via telephone, email, and online platforms, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution without requiring site visits when possible.
Quality Assurance (QC): Perform rigorous pre-delivery inspections and functional testing on all assembled machines to guarantee strict quality compliance before shipment. Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues and support supplier quality management.
Local & Global Deployment Support: Travel locally and internationally as required to provide on-site technical support, commissioning assistance, client training, and troubleshooting for customers and partners.
Technical Training & Enablement: Provide technical training and product knowledge sessions to customers, distributors, and service partners, conducting comprehensive in-house and on-site instruction.
Issue Resolution: Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate customer feedback, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Software, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on field service, QA/QC, or equipment troubleshooting experience, preferably within Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, or related sectors. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Automation & Software Skills: Familiarity with industrial control systems and PLC troubleshooting or programming (Siemens, Omron, Structured Text). Candidates with or without direct hands-on experience are welcome to apply.
Travel Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for domestic clients and possess a valid passport for overseas travel to support international projects.
Technical Proficiency: Highly meticulous with a strong quality-first mindset and advanced technical problem-solving capabilities.
Client Management: Proven ability to confidently manage customer expectations, build technical trust, and collaboratively resolve issues both on-site and remotely.
Soft Skills: A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
