Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep autonomous vehicle depot operations running smoothly. You will ensure vehicles are safe, ready, and performing well while coordinating people, processes, and technology in a fast-paced setting.

The role blends fleet management, shift planning, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving as part of AV testing and deployment. This is an on-site, field-based position requiring adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for on-site interactions.
• Proficient with Excel and data management tools.
• Ability to work in outdoor, non-desk environments and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for daily AV depot operations.
• Oversee vehicle readiness including charging, cleaning, inspections, and software updates.
• Coordinate shift schedules and maintain logs for fleet status, attendance and incidents.
• Liaise with vendors, fleet teams, and support services to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
• Escalate operational issues to relevant teams for resolution.
