Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Fleet Operations Control Specialist to oversee real-time monitoring and compliance of autonomous vehicle operations. You will detect anomalies, enforce safety protocols, and maintain incident logs while coordinating communication across operators, customer support and emergency services.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, CS, or related field.
At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
Background in command center operations (bus, rail, or emergency dispatch).
Familiarity with Singapore Road Traffic Rules and AV regulations (TR68).

Responsibilities

Real-Time Monitoring & Compliance: monitor live sensor data and camera feeds to ensure safety limits.
Incident Detection & Data Management: act as recorder with detailed logs and preserve video/data as evidence.
Incident Response & Communication: follow SOPs and coordinate with safety teams, operators, and emergency services.
Improvement & Reporting: review logs and participate in drills to improve response times.
