Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a Manager/Deputy/Assistant Manager for Deployment Ops at the Centre for Autonomous Mobility. You will own the AV deployment programme from plan to operating service, coordinating operators, developers, and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment.

The role requires hands-on programme management, strong track record, and the ability to drive multiple workstreams on tight timelines in a fast-paced public service environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on programme management and project planning.
• Experience in operations management, contracts or vendor management.
• Has a strong programme or project management track record.
• At least 2 years planning and delivering medium-to-large-scale projects.
• Organised and meticulous — comfortable owning detailed plans, tracking progress against baseline, and keeping many moving parts on schedule while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well across stakeholders — listens, builds alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners, and drives to outcomes independently while having the right instincts to know when to elevate for decision-making.
• Communicates clearly — writes and reports well, with an eye for detail.
• Takes initiative and stays calm in ambiguity — AV deployment is new ground, so plans will change and you’ll help shape them.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage each deployment programme, building the programme plan, schedule and milestones.
• Drive deployments end to end—from planning through AV applications, vehicle approvals, testing and service launch.
• Coordinate with operators, developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and align on timelines.
• Oversee operational readiness and develop standard operating procedures for AV services.
• Communicate deployment progress to leadership with clear status reports.
