Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for daily AV depot operations.
• Oversee vehicle readiness including charging, cleaning, inspections, and software updates.
• Coordinate shift schedules and maintain logs for fleet status, attendance and incidents.
• Liaise with vendors, fleet teams, and support services to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
• Escalate operational issues to relevant teams for resolution.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in outdoor carpark settings; this is a non-desk role
• Independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Must hold a valid Class 3A driver's license
