Job summary

TRINAX PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated IT Field Support Engineer to join our Operations Team. You will deliver technical support to customers and staff, deploy and troubleshoot systems, and ensure smooth field operations across deployments, maintenance, and onboarding.

You will analyze issues, perform systems administration across Windows, MacOS, and Linux, contribute to ISO27001 compliance, and communicate effectively with clients, including after-hours support when

Responsibilities

• Deployment & Field Operations: install, configure, maintain, survey sites, deploy and teardown equipment.
• Technical Support & Administration: troubleshoot issues, provide after-hours support, administer Windows/Mac/Linux and networked devices.
• Customer Service & Client Engagement: communicate technical info clearly to clients, provide guidance and training.
• Reporting & Documentation: log service calls, generate reports, complete deployment/teardown forms and share updates.
