Job summary

AFON IT PteLtd, based in Singapore, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to monitor and maintain client servers, networks, and security, ensuring they meet current and future requirements. The role includes on-site and remote deployment, plus supporting Office 365 migrations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows Server, network gear, and cloud services, with a proactive, independent work style and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with Windows Server OS, network switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining server infrastructure.
• Experience in System Integrator (SI) industry.
• Resourceful and able to work independently with good troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Cloud deployment (MS Azure, MS 365, MS Intune).
• Experience in Linux OS.
• Documentation after project execution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor our clients’ servers, network, security and computer systems to meet the clients’ current and future requirements.
• Monitor client’s systems and identify performance issues proactively.
• Provide IT technical support to existing clients.
• Onsite/remote deployment of new servers, network firewall, user PCs.
• Perform Office365 migration (Mailbox, Sharepoint sites).
