Job summary

in Singapore seeks an experienced on-site specialist to support R&D, assist with installation, debugging and maintenance of optical/electronic equipment, and provide guidance during assessments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years in optics, semiconductor, OLED, or related fields; strong communication, independent work ability, and the capacity to translate customer needs into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of working experience.
• Background in optics/optoelectronics, instrumentation and measurement, applied physics or mechanical/electronic fields preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, advanced packaging, OLED, and solar energy industries.
• Experience in optical technology or equipment debugging and maintenance.
• Good interpersonal/communication abilities, understand customer needs, be independent, responsible and have integrity.

Responsibilities

• On-site work at client location in Singapore for R&D support.
• Install, debug, provide equipment guidance and conduct assessments.
• Cooperate with the client's PE team to debug and produce products.
• Prepare on-site service reports and share documentation with other support departments.
• Maintain equipment operation, upgrades, testing and monitoring.
• Manage client relationships, summarize customer needs, and assist marketing with product research and promotion.

Job Description

1. Work on-site at the client's location in Singapore, assisting the R&D team in installing, debugging, providing equipment guidance and conducting assessment. After the assessment is completed, hand over the equipment to the client and complete the on-site service activities related to troubleshooting, diagnosis and maintenance of the equipment.

2. Cooperate with the client's PE team to debug and produce products.

3. Prepare on-site service reports for the client and provide documentation to other support departments regarding recurring issues.

4. Maintain equipment operation and upgrades, and complete equipment performance testing and monitoring.

5. Master the functions and usage methods of the company's products, be able to use the company's products independently and respond to customer feedback and arrange problem-solving promptly.

6. Maintain client relationships, communicate and summarize customer needs, and cooperate with the marketing department to complete product research and market promotion tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of working experience. Those with a background in optics or optoelectronics, instrumentation and measurement, applied physics or mechanical and electronic related fields are preferred.

2. Have experience in the semiconductor, advanced packaging, OLED, and solar energy industries.

3. Have experience in optical technology or equipment debugging and maintenance.

4. Possess good interpersonal skills/communication abilities, be able to understand customer needs, have strong independent working ability, be responsible, and have integrity.
