You will diagnose issues and provide timely resolutions while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams. Job description

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment reliability and timely service resolution.
• Provide technical support and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams throughout the service process.
• Ensure all service activities comply with established procedures, workplace safety requirements, environmental standards, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain service documentation and build positive working relationships with customers and suppliers while supporting other service-related activities as required.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or related technical industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
