Job summary

Excelpoint Systems (Pte) Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to develop business opportunities and provide technical support across the R&D cycle in ASEAN and ANZ regions.

The role requires 3+ years in a semiconductor environment, hardware design knowledge, and strong English communication. Travel on short notice is expected, and the ideal candidate will contribute to design wins and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of FAE experience in a semiconductor distributor or manufacturer environment, or
• Working experience in a R&D position with strong knowledge in hardware design, analog and/or power application.
• RF & Microwave experience in Comms, Radar, Instrumentation, Defense etc. is a plus.
• Experience in PCB layout designs, schematic capture, routing rules, testing and debugging.
• Able to work independently and also contribute as a team player
• Strong command in English
• Able to travel on short notice
