The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Festival Assistant (Marketing and Events Management) to support the NUS Arts Festival 2027, running February–April 2027, with duties in marketing, coordination, and on-site support.

The role also covers assisting the Arts Leaders Retreat in May 2027, including event coordination, production logistics and on-site execution. Flexible hours required for festival schedule fluctuations.

Formación

• Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic data manipulation and analytics preferred.
• Prior NAF experience and CFA processes knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication with students, OSA staff, external agencies and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, work proactively, and meet deadlines.
• Flexible with evening/weekend shows or meetings during Festival period.

Responsabilidades

• Procure, develop and execute the NAF merchandise distribution plan, aligning with marketing/publicity efforts.
• Liaise with OSA Comms to support vendor deliverables (printers, installers for outdoor branding).
• Assist in managing ticketing with Eventbrite, BookMyShow and performing groups, including school purchases and scanners.
