Job summary

National University of Singapore invites applications for an Assistant Manager / Manager in the Centre for the Arts, Office of Student Affairs. You will oversee student arts groups, coordinate productions, and manage budgets to foster creativity and collaboration across campus.

The role also tackles CFA communications, campus marketing, and growth of interdisciplinary programmes through partnerships within NUS and with external educational partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Humanities or Social Sciences, Arts Management or Production Management.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in student development, arts programming, production and event management.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in arts programming and production.
  • Interest in youth-driven interdisciplinary careers in arts management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage student arts groups (band, theatre, production) including day-to-day administration, rehearsals, budgeting and productions.
  • Support CFA engagement with the NUS arts community and oversee third spaces and performance platforms.
  • Oversee CFA marketing and publicity as the main liaison for communications.
  • Foster interdisciplinary programmes and partnerships within NUS and with other educational institutions.
