Qualifications

• University degree in Arts Management, Events Management, Mass Communications, Digital Media / New Media / Multi-Media / with majors in Production, Entertainment, Copy Writing, Media Management, Arts Education, Technical and Production Management.
• Candidate should have at least 3 years hands-on experience in arts events management, specifically in the area of producing, arts and/or production management.
• Ability to work with young adults (19 to 24 years old) and build student leadership competencies.
• Facilitation skills and knowledge of assessment of learning outcomes a key advantage.
• Self-motivated with strong inter-persona and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement SMU brand of transformative education through out-of-classroom learning in the co-curricular space with identified learning outcomes.
• Deliver and assess out-of-classroom student learning outcomes as developed.
• Contribute to the review and refinement of both the pedagogical and system-interface aspects of the implementation.
