Job summary

The National Arts Council in Singapore is seeking an energetic individual to provide on-site operational support for Singapore Art Week programmes and events, including openings, forums and media events. You will assist with registration, guest management, wayfinding and documentation.

You will help plan and deliver marketing and communications materials, update websites, social media and EDMs, and coordinate programme information across partners.

Qualifications

• Preference for immediate start and commitment until Feb 2027.
• Availability during January 2027, including some evenings and weekends.
• Polytechnic diploma or A Levels or above.
• Interest in visual arts, festival programming, marketing and arts management.
• Interest in research and data analysis; experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting visual arts exhibitions or initiatives.
• Comfortable with website content management systems.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, able to work independently and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site operational support for Singapore Art Week programmes and events, including registration, guest management, wayfinding and documentation.
• Support planning and delivery of marketing and communications campaigns, including publicity materials, social media content and website updates.
• Coordinate and maintain programme information across arts groups, partners and cultural institutions, including data collation and database management.
• Provide programme and on-site support for openings, SAW Forum, media events and precinct activations as required.
• Support the Visual Arts team’s research, data collation, analysis and visualisation of statistics, and other coordination tasks.
