Job summary

ECU Worldwide in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to expand the customer base and manage key accounts in imports/exports. You will promote ECU Worldwide services and drive higher trade volumes through proactive outreach.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and basic computer literacy. Related experience in NVOCC or freight forwarding is preferred and expected

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: O level or diploma
• Prefer with good experience in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding
• A great attitude and self-motivated
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills

Responsibilities

• Increase customer database
• Canvas and secure new accounts
• Promote import/export services offered by ECU Worldwide
• Manage and develop existing customers by increasing trade volume
• Visit customers as per set targets weekly/monthly
• Ensure customer profiles are maintained so CS can contact them regularly
• Monitor and follow up on tele calls by CS weekly to generate business
• Maintain service levels for existing customers
• Prepare monthly sales plan and discuss with the team
• Perform market research to develop market intelligence data and pricing

About the role

To achieve budgeted sales volumes by expanding customer base and providing effective and efficient customer/agent management.

Key responsibilities

• Increase customer database
• Canvas and secure new accounts
• Promote import/export services offered by ECU Worldwide
• Manage and develop existing customer by increasing the trade volume
• Visit customers as per set targets weekly/monthly
• Ensure the profile of customers are maintained and updated so as customer service assistant may contact them on regular basis
• Monitor and follow up on tele calls made by CS on a weekly basis so as ensure business is generated
• Ensure service level is maintained for existing customers
• Prepare monthly sales plan and discuss with the team
• Perform market research to develop market intelligence data base and pricing

About you

• Minimum educational qualification required 'O' level or diploma
• Prefer with good experience in our line (NVOCC, Freight Forwarding)
• A great attitude and self motivated individual
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
