Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage high volumes of vendor invoices at our Bukit Merah location. Start date is immediate for a 3-month contract, with responsibilities including PO matching, data verification, and posting into SAP.

A fast-paced environment requires attention to detail and reliability. The role supports the Accounts Payable team with general administration, delivering accurate processing and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Levels.
• Able to handle high-volume and repetitive administrative work.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive, capture and process high volumes of vendor invoices.
• Verify and match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents.
• Ensure accuracy of quantities, prices and payment terms.
• Post verified invoices accurately and promptly into the financial system (e.g. SAP).
• Perform general administrative duties and support the Accounts Payable team as required.
