Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a contract role based at Tanjong Pagar, Singapore. You will support the Accounts Payable team and assist with the VIMS project during a 3-month assignment.

The position requires administrative or accounts payable exposure; O Level to Diploma holders are welcome to apply. Office hours, Monday to Friday, on-site work.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, A Level or Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
• Relevant administrative or accounts payable experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Payable (AP) team in day-to-day operations.
• Support the Vendor Invoice Management System (VIMS) project.
• Assist with BAU Accounts Payable activities.
• Support the implementation and transition of the VIMS project
