Job summary

DRAGOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day Halal certified restaurant activities in Singapore.

You will supervise food preparation, stock control, sales targets, marketing, customer service, and SOP compliance to protect profitability. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related experience, is willing to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays, and can travel within Singapore.
