Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH GROUP is seeking a passionate Social Media Manager in Singapore to orchestrate end-to-end social media across key platforms. You will collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to plan content, execute campaigns, and monitor performance.

You will drive engagement, manage influencer partnerships, and report insights to stakeholders, adapting tone across platforms in a fast-paced fashion/e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in social media management.
• Strong ability to execute platform-native content.
• Experience with social analytics tools and performance data interpretation.
• Good copywriting with adaptable tone across platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of integrated social media strategies.
• Own end-to-end daily social media management across platforms.
• Plan content and maintain social calendar with campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce platform-native content.
• Execute campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and performance KPIs.
• Support influencer partnerships across organic and paid initiatives.
• Monitor metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in paid social planning and reporting.
• Drive daily community management and follower growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce and Regional teams.
