Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH Group, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a senior creative leader to drive innovative brand campaigns across global markets. You will oversee art direction, design, moving images and AI-driven content solutions to empower self-expression through fashion.

Collaborate with market leads to shape content strategy, mentor designers and photographers, and maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in conceptual creative work, art direction and graphic design.
• Experience in business and digital performance channels, including digital marketing, editorial, photography and multimedia.
• Portfolio of delivering a broad range of creative projects (brand campaigns, activations, moving images, design systems, events, digital content, motion graphics, print, and social campaigns).
• Capable of creating outstanding creative designs and assets for traditional and digital marketing.
• Understanding of digital asset production at scale, post-production workflows, and technical requirements of digital marketing assets.
• Familiarity with social media, new digital formats and trends.
• Experience across multiple markets (e.g., Asia, US, UK, non-English markets) is ideal.
• Brief conception, storyboarding and on-set art direction for shoots and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and acts as a brand guardian.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative creative ideation and execution for the brand’s marketing, social campaigns, activations and content to achieve goals.
• Develop end-to-end creative approach, including design, art direction, video motion graphics, AR/VR, AI-driven content solutions, partnerships and collaborations.
• Lead the exploration and implementation of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative efficiency and personalization.
• Ensure governance for ethical, brand-safe and commercially effective use of AI in production workflows.
• Collaborate with market leads to create and drive content strategy across channels and media.
• Mentor a team of designers and photographers to deliver strong brand identity and output.
• Maintain brand identity across all projects and platforms globally.
• Structure and deliver outstanding creative presentations internally and externally.
• Champion new creative talents and opportunities through partnerships with brands and talent.
• Partner with producers to establish forward-thinking production approaches and schedules.
