Qualifications

• Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 5+ years in a media or graphic design role with strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; basic motion graphics experience preferred.
• Video editing is mandatory; AI tools for asset generation are a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media content design and fast-turnaround production.
• Experience in marketing campaigns and events design is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-brand visuals across print, digital, social and in-store touchpoints.
• Design and produce marketing collateral and promotional materials per guidelines.
• Create social-first content and short-form videos; include basic animation.
• Edit videos for social media and campaigns; apply AI-driven tools to speed creation.
• Support seasonal campaigns with strong visual storytelling online and offline.
• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with Creative Content and Post-Production teams on asset development.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Deliver work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
