Job summary

THONG SIEK FOOD INDUSTRY PTE LTD is seeking a friendly Factory Tour Executive for a 3-month contract in North Singapore (Senoko Way). You will deliver engaging tours, run hands-on product activities, and share our heritage and product knowledge with visitors. Weekend work may be required to match tour schedules.

The role suits energetic communicators who can coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and a memorable visitor experience during a 8:30am–6pm, 5-days work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications or related disciplines preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Host and conduct factory tours for diverse groups.
• Deliver presentations on history, heritage, products and milestones.
• Guide visitors through manufacturing processes and product features.
• Facilitate hands-on product-making workshops.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth tour operations.
