Job summary

RecruitFirst in Singapore East is seeking an Events & Tour Facilitator to support school programmes, coordinate with teachers and on-site teams, and help ensure a safe, engaging learning journey for students.

This role involves escorting students, handling on-site inquiries, and setting up materials for tours, with hours 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Monday to Friday during term time. Availability to start in October 2026 for 6 months to 1 year.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with a physically active role involving extensive walking.
• Able to communicate confidently and professionally with different groups.
• Remain calm, patient and solution-focused when handling requests or situations.
• Able to work independently while supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Escort and usher students between premises, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Provide on-site assistance and respond to enquiries from teachers and stakeholders.
• Set up and dismantle materials, equipment and resources for tours and programmes.
• Coordinate with teachers and partners to manage daily activities.
