Job summary

Chinatown Heritage Centre in Singapore is seeking a part-time Visitor Services Assistant to manage ticketing, admissions and the visitor experience. You will work morning or afternoon shifts, assist with bookings, respond to inquiries, maintain exhibits, and compile daily reports for management.

Candidates should be fluent in English, able to work under pressure, and willing to learn in a fast-paced tourism setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages welcomed (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil).
• Proficient in MS Office and tour management software.
• Fresh graduates welcome; customer-service oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing, merchandising, tour scheduling and overall visitor experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service for admissions, bookings and inquiries.
• Ensure exhibits are clean and well-maintained and assist with logistics and security.
