Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager in managing operations and maintenance of the retail mall.
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works for optimum mall performance.
• Prepare annual budget and manage maintenance contracts; control operating expenses.
• Assist in Asset Enhancement Initiatives and tenant renovation support for promotions.
• Coordinate with Contract & Procurement; handle ad-hoc procurement of equipment and replacements.
• Attend to feedback and service requests promptly.
• Lead technicians and manage vendor services to meet standards.
• Participate in Site Emergency Response Team and EHS permit processes.

• Must-Have Skills: Experience in tenancy fit-out and M&E (senior executive experience preferred)

• Note: The property is large, and the tenants have high demands. We are looking for someone with strong tenant management skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• You will support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.

• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level

• Prepare annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall

• Assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall

• Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall

• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner

• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations

• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate ManagementGraduates with relevant degree but no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply

• Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAble to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems

• Good communication skills

• Willing to work beyond standard operating hours, when required

• Willing to learn and open to possible lateral movements between asset classes in the future (based on business needs)
