Job summary

Savills Facilities Management (FM) in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily facility operations across a portfolio. You will oversee service delivery, manage vendors, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

In this client-facing role you will manage relationships, prepare performance reports, and coach on-site teams, driving continuous improvement and collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Facilities Management or Integrated Facilities Management.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory or site leadership experience.
• Experience managing healthcare buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the assigned facility or portfolio.
• Ensure all hard and soft FM services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and SLAs.
• Monitor the performance of vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Respond promptly to operational issues, emergencies, and client requests.
