Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the company's facilities and premises.
Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security and other facility-related services.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers to arrange maintenance and repair works.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities, equipment and common areas are properly maintained.
Monitor maintenance schedules, service contracts and related expenses.
Attend to facility-related issues and coordinate timely rectification works.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, building regulations and company policies.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, service reports and facility-related documents.
Assist in managing office and facility requirements, including utilities, equipment and general supplies.
Support management in improving facility operations, cost efficiency and workplace conditions.
