GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Technician on a 1-year contract (renewable) to support office and plant facilities. You will troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting and fire protection systems, and drive preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operations.

You will coordinate contractors, manage facility assets and budgets, and contribute to energy-saving initiatives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or ITE certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Facilities or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of facilities maintenance experience in building services or a similar technician role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and building maintenance systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning, contractor/vendor management and facilities troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
